Once your participants have completed your study, we will upload their video and transcript for review. In addition to this, our system will automatically pull some analytics, metrics, and A.I. Sentiment based off of the results gathered from the participants. To access these metrics, click either the “Analytics” tab or the “Quotes” tab on the left side of your project.
At this time, we support analytics for our unmoderated studies, card sorting, and tree testing, and we are able to provide demographic metrics on PlaybookUX participant moderated studies.
We use our proprietary NLP (Natural Language Processor) to pull quotes from the transcripts and label them as positive, negative, or neutral.

Each type of question is quantified differently with charts, graphs, and tables to ensure you have a holistic view of your participant’s engagement in the test.

For unmoderated and moderated studies done with PlaybookUX participants, we will aggregate the demographic information of the participants. You can also view their individual demographic information on the Participants tab by clicking on the name of each participant.

Our system will pull out keywords from each of the participant’s transcripts to analyze common themes and phrases.
