Team members can join moderated sessions as an invisible observer without logging into the PlaybookUX platform. The team member will be able to see the participant, but the participant will not be able to see them.

Here’s how to join as an invisible observer.

First, click “Join Meeting”

When the modal appears, click “Join meeting from your browser” (under the “Join as an observer” section).

You can also generate a link to share with team members by clicking into the Actions dropdown.

Then, click “Copy meeting link”. A modal will appear with the moderator and observer links.

At least one team member needs to join as a moderator to open the meeting for participants and observers.
