Research is meant to be collaborative, and PlaybookUX is here to enable that collaboration!
This article will walk through different ways that you can collaborate with your team.
Workspaces are the highest level of hierarchy within PlaybookUX. Teams can create multiple workspaces and invite an unlimited number of team members to that workspace. Learn more about configuring workspaces for your team.
Once you've configured your workspaces, you can organize projects into folders. Learn more about how to configure folders.
When setting up a project in PlaybookUX, it's helpful to collaborate with team members to ensure you're asking the right questions and setting up your audience correctly.
The PlaybookUX Platform is real-time collaborative, so you can set up a project with your team members, and edit questions, audience demographics, and screeners in real-time.
When you are ready to preview your study before launching, you can send your team the preview study link. Anyone can view this link. They don't need to have a login to view it, so feel free to share it with your team.
If you are conducting moderated interviews, you can also invite your team as collaborators. Collaborators will receive the calendar invites as participants schedule sessions. The collaborators will be able to easily join the sessions from the calendar invite or from the PlaybookUX platform on the schedule tab. Here are two ways to invite your team as collaborators.
Once you've launched your project, you can share the project with your team as a password-protected link. If they have a seat to PlaybookUX, they will be able to actively collaborate with you on the project (create notes, clips, reports etc). However, if you share a project with someone who doesn't have a seat to PlaybookUX, they will only be able to view the project, but not take any actions. Learn more about how to share a full project.
You can also share the individual components as password-protected links (clips, highlight reels, and reports).
If you are conducting moderated interviews and are on the scale plan, you can take live notes during the interviews with team members. Participants won't be able to view these live notes. However, you'll still be able to chat messages to participants separately during the interview.
After the interview is complete, the live notes will be stored in PlaybookUX on the video player. Learn more about how to take live notes during moderated interviews.
When taking notes on your unmoderated and moderated sessions, you can @mention your team members to notify them. When you @mention a team member, they will receive an email with your message and can hop into the PlaybookUX platform to respond.
