If you’re interested in setting specific quotas for your study, you can use segmentation to accomplish this.
What's the purpose of segmentation?
When setting up your studies, you can now create multiple audience segments within one project, helping you maintain quotas.
By default, PlaybookUX studies are first come first serve. Segmentation allows you to reach demographic quotas within one project.
For example, you may want to test how different income ranges react to your website. In that case, you could set up a segment with 5 participants under $100,000 in household income and 5 participants over $100,000 in household income.
Another popular use case for segmentation is to have an even distribution of devices. For example, you may want 5 participants to take the study on a mobile phone and 5 participants to take the study on a computer.
