Manage incentives for your own participants

We're excited to introduce Pay Your Own Participants, a new feature that lets you compensate the people you bring to your sessions, all without leaving PlaybookUX.

Here's how it works:

• Enable participant incentives while setting up a project and enter the amount
• After the session, participants will appear on the Payments tab, where you can approve the payment
• We handle the incentive delivery so there's no manual coordination required

Project set up

During project setup, you can toggle incentives on and enter the amount participants will receive.

Payments tab

Once participants complete the session, they'll appear on the Payments tab. From there, you can adjust the incentive amount, update their email address, or remove them from payments. Approved payments are sent within 3 hours.
